Expertise

B.A. Print Journalism, The University of Texas - Rio Grande Valley

My degree has qualified me with an educational skillset to communicate, and over the years I have practiced ways perfect the craft of what is at the root of our connection. My entire wellbeing is very reliant on human connection, and it is a great desire to be able to do this for the reason of growth. I have used my degree to take opportunities in Management and Director positions as well as in the News industry where I worked in Business Administration. I am currently approaching publication on my first book, which is the portal to by backstory. A few+ years' works and one of the greatest projects I'll create yet. I can't wait for you to get to know me in that detail.

Soul Searcher

I have spent the last decade in search of my soul, my Self, and all the ways I can live in my truest and purist form. I've built a strong desire to be the person I was in search for when I didn't know where to go or which step to take first. What I learned is that, I needed to become who I needed, and through practices and methods (which I plan to advocate for and share with you) I have been able to strengthen my mental bandwidth to cope with the inevitable turbulence that comes with living life. I have a desire for you, too, to learn and understand your own needs, and how you can provide your Self with the perfect thoughts and movements to create the peace and harmony in your wellbeing, to see the perfection and the beauty in the challenges that present themselves FOR you as the opportunities they are to grow. This is the founding of Spiritual Fitness.

2X State Qualifying Powerlifter | 2X NPC Bikini Bodybuilding Competitor

Before committing to the track towards a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, I changed my degree about 3 times. Just as in every other area of life, God had a hand in this too. The program which I switched from and to Journalism was the degree program towards a Bachelor's in Dietetics. I took 2 semesters of classes which allowed me a great deal of insight on the coursework of a career in the Nutrition field, but it just wasn't the path I was meant to continue down. The desire to gain knowledge about the foods that fuel my body never left, though, and I continued to educate myself through different resources like courses as well as the knowledge I gained from what I learned as a bodybuilder on consistent calorie deficits, very restricted diet, and exercise programs which inspired me to seek answers to questions like: "What kinds of foods can boost my mood/energy that are low in natural sugars?"

build a healthier community, entirely.

I found a link between nutrition and spirit, a new way to think of "soul food" if you will, the practice of intentional eating. I want to help build a healthier community, entirely.
